On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Mohsen Wahit, CEO of Yemen Gas Company, inaugurated the headquarters of Aden Progas alongside a technical delegation from Yemen Gas Company. The event was attended by Osama Al-Shami, Legal Affairs Director at Yemen Gas Company; Murad Sheikh, General Manager of Yemen Gas Company’s Aden branch; Ali Dousan, Risk Management Director at Yemen Gas Company; and Talal Mohsen, Supply Director at Yemen Gas Company.. 


Mohammed Abdulsalam Al-Haidari, CEO of Aden Progas, led the company’s team during the opening of the LPG station and bobtail transfer inspection and maintenance center in Al-Arish Hangar.


During the inauguration, Mr. Mohammed AbdulSalam, General Manager of Aden ProGas, guided Mohsen Wahit and attendees through the company’s departments, showcasing advanced safety equipment. Engineers, experts, and technicians from Aden Progas presented the core functions of key departments, including the inspection and maintenance of:
Major consumer stations, Central gas stations, Distribution stations and LPG bobtail transfer units.

Specialized equipment was highlighted, such as: LPG leak detectors, Early defect detection systems and Ultrasonic testing devices to ensure the safety of LPG storage tanks

Mohsen Wahit stated: "Today, we visited Aden Progas, a company specialized in inspecting and maintaining major consumer stations, central gas stations, distribution stations, and LPG bobtail transfer units, to review its operations and ensure the availability of essential equipment and departments for maximum safety. All major consumer stations and mobile LPG bobtails in Aden, Lahj, Al-Dhale’, Taiz, and Abyan must undergo maintenance at Aden Progas’s center."


He emphasized that Aden Progas, licensed and certified by Yemen Gas Company, aims to enforce global safety standards for LPG transportation through residential areas, thereby enhancing public security.
